We provide a variety of digital utilities, educational portals, and SaaS tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes.
- No Abuse: You must not attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our servers or networks.
- No Automation: Automated scraping, scraping, or bot-driven requests are prohibited without prior written consent.
- “As Is” Basis: Our free tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding 100% uptime or accuracy.
While many of our tools are free and accessible without registration, certain premium features may require creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and login credentials.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or remain inactive for extended periods.
The original content, features, and functionality of our platforms (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Vixera Global.
- Our logos, branding, and proprietary code (Zero-Bloat architecture) may not be used in connection with any product or service without our consent.
- You retain ownership of any files (PDFs, Images) you process through our client-side tools.
In no event shall Vixera Global, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or inability to access our services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
